Welcome

Lindsay Roadnight, counsellor in Worcester Park

Sometimes life can feel like a treadmill — every day the same. On paper, things might look good or even great, but something’s missing. You might feel stuck, isolated, or simply not yourself. It may be time to make a change and rediscover the joy of living.

Hi, I’m Lindsay. I work with clients to help them feel more like themselves again. When things get hard, it can seem easier to push on through and tell yourself it’s not that bad — but problems left alone often grow. If you’d like to make a change and aren’t sure where to start, counselling can help. I’ve worked with many people just like you. You don’t have to deal with this on your own.

How I can help

  • Counselling & Psychotherapy — one-to-one support for anxiety, low mood, stress, bereavement, relationships and life changes.
  • Supervision for counsellors — collaborative clinical supervision for qualified and trainee therapists.

Why clients choose me

  • One person, start to finish — you see me, the same counsellor, every session. No rotating team.
  • Personal & integrative — I look at what’s affecting you now and how past experiences shape the present.
  • Local & easy to reach — a few minutes from Worcester Park station, with free parking nearby.
  • Daytime & evening — sessions Monday to Friday to fit around work and life.

What my clients say

Lindsay is an absolutely amazing counsellor. Her sessions transformed my life, outlook and confidence, and helped me accept and process very difficult life events. Hugely grateful — would highly recommend.

It was a breath of fresh air to have a space where I could freely talk about the dark place I was in. You helped me find my voice and gave me my life back.

It’s been a real relief to feel like I’ve had someone in my corner — completely non-biased — who helped me look at things differently.

Very helpful! A life-changing experience for me.

Taking the first step is the hardest part

Reaching out can feel daunting, and it’s natural to feel unsure. There’s no pressure — a free 15-minute call is simply a chance to ask questions and see if we’re a good fit.
