What I can help with
Counselling gives you a confidential space to talk things through and feel heard. People come to me for many reasons, including:
- Anxiety, worry and panic
- Stress and burnout
- Low mood and depression
- Bereavement, loss and grief
- Relationship difficulties
- Low self-esteem and confidence
- Big life changes and feeling stuck
You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from counselling. Whatever you’re carrying, you’re welcome here.
How therapy with me works
I work in an integrative, relational way — which simply means I tailor how we work to you. We’ll look at what’s affecting you day to day, and, when it helps, how past experiences shape the way you feel now. Sessions are warm, unhurried and completely confidential. You set the pace; I’ll be alongside you.
What to expect
- Free 15-minute call — a no-pressure chat to ask questions and see if we’re a good fit.
- First session — we get to know what’s brought you here and what you’d like to be different.
- Ongoing sessions — regular, 50 minutes, daytime or evening, for as long as is useful to you.
Why clients choose me
- The same counsellor every session — a consistent, trusting relationship, not a rotating team.
- Easy to reach — minutes from Worcester Park station; free parking nearby.
- Flexible times — daytime and evening, Monday to Friday.
- Seen quickly — new clients are usually seen within the week.
Lindsay is an absolutely amazing counsellor. Her sessions transformed my life, outlook and confidence… would highly recommend.
