Clinical supervision for Counsellors & Psychotherapists
Supportive, collaborative supervision — in person in Worcester Park or online (via Zoom).
About my supervision
I qualified as a supervisor with the Metanoia Institute (Certificate in Clinical Supervision) and offer supervision for counsellors and psychotherapists — both qualified practitioners and those in training.
I work collaboratively and supportively. I believe the supervision relationship should be equal and respectful — a space where you can reflect openly, feel supported and keep developing. Working as a therapist, especially in private practice, can be isolating; regular supervision helps you stay grounded, ethical and resourced.
Just starting out?
Starting to see clients can be an incredibly overwhelming experience. Training and skills sessions can only take you so far. Sitting with an actual client is a very different prospect. I specialise in working with trainees and newly qualified counsellors working privately or through an agency. I help you build your confidence and skills in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Private Practice Support
Counselling training rarely covers the practical and logistical aspects of running a private practice, and it can take time to get used to being self-employed. I have been working for myself for nearly 20 years and have helped counsellors with the business side of running a private practice. I can help you work through the process step bu step to ensure your business works for you.
