About Lindsay Roadnight

Integrative relational counsellor & clinical supervisor · BACP Registered Member #374326

My story

Lindsay Roadnight, BACP-registered counsellor and clinical supervisor

I decided to train as a counsellor after experiencing my own personal therapy first-hand — and the real changes it made possible with the right support and encouragement. I set up my private practice in 2018 and moved into my dedicated office in Worcester Park in 2019. Alongside my client work, I also offer supervision and coaching for fellow therapists.

My clients come from all walks of life and seek counselling for all kinds of reasons. I work with a dual approach — looking at the everyday issues affecting you now, while also considering how past experiences shape our present lives. You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from counselling. Whatever you’re struggling with, I’d love to help.

How I work

I’m an integrative, relational counsellor, which means I don’t use any one fixed method — I draw on different approaches to suit you. Most of all, I believe the relationship between us matters: a safe, warm and non-judgemental space is where real change begins.
